ERDM Lonsdales

So I just went to my cigar store to fetch a box of Monte 80th and was looking around if they had something else of interest. I immediately saw half a box of 90's ERDM Lonsdales at 8?80 a pop. I calmly took the box and wanted to go to the cash register and the employee who was working at the store this evening jumped at me, took the box from my hands with wide eyes and went "these are for a customer, I completely forgot to put them aside". I went "cab I at least have a couple" and he goes "NO, the customer will be pissed off if he can't get them all". What a douche, like I won't be pissed off.

I have left a LOT of money with them and are a little angry with the guy. Since I'm not a snitch, I won't tell the owner. But what an @??hole!

That sounds like awful customer service. If the box was out for sale then it should be fair game.

It's a really weird thing to have an item to be set aside left out on display. Then overreact and snatch it out your hand. Something sketchy there Yeah if you can shop else where or mention to someone in store that it was an off-putting experience

If you've spent a lot of money there you need to complain, if that isn't dealt with properly then there are plenty of other vendors. Just my two pence worth.

I picked up some '90's ERDM lonsdales at Sauters a couple of years ago, they were in a miscellaneous box of singles marked ?5 each, so I took all 6 together with some farmroles they had, I was very happy with my purchase. Still got 3 in my singles humidor. Don't buy much from UK retailers because of price, but they were definitely value for money.

I would definitely complain especially if you go there regularly...that's not on....I bet he was keeping them back for him self
