    Good afternoon chaps,

I have decided to bite the bullet and get myself a wineador to ensure that the temperature remains constant all year so my sticks can stew in their own oily juices. It will also allow me to relax more...

I am looking at getting this:

Thoughts? I was going to use the top one as a warmer zone for my cigars i am smoking now, and the bottom area for the cooler ageing process.

Also, should i be worried about the sticks getting dried out? It has been drilled into me that fridges and cigars are baaaaad, so this seems strange to me! They will all be kept in their own cabinets/boxes with their doors ajar, so that should offer some protection etc...

any advise will be gratefully received

I've never had a details conversation about fridges but I've always had the impression they are great for storing and aging...the only thing I think you may need to worry about is if you turn it on you will need to find out if its thermoelectric rather than gas.

Have a search for Peejay's thread, there's a ton of info in there.
