Going back to the original title of this thread, it's tricky to pick just 5, but here goes (in no particular order)-

1. Punch Double Corona
2. Ramon Allones Specially Selected
3. H. Upmann Magnum 46
4. Bolivar Coronas Gigantes
5. Montecristo No.2

All consistently brilliant. There's a few i've tried that would easily make my list but i've omitted them as only tried once- Cohiba Siglo VI, Cohiba Lancero, Cohiba Robusto Supremos, Trinidad Topes, Trinidad Fundadores, San Cristobal Torreon, Partagas Serie Du Connoisseur no.1.

Whilst I agree with your choice of classic cigars, the original question was what to buy when in Cuba. Out of your 5 Boli CG will be hard to find as they were recently discontinued & many will be searching for them but I would certainly try.
From the further list There won't be any Party SdC No1 discontinued 2010 & highly sort after (I managed to pick up 2 boxes of the No3 in 2011 & that was the last they had in the Conde'). Supremas & Torreon all long gone.
Lanceros & Topes & Fund's should be about & with a good saving over UK prices
