2017 Limitadas presented at this years Festival del Habano

The three EL's for 2017 were presented at this years Festival del Habano:

Cohiba Talisman Edicion Limitada (6 1/8 x 54)
Partagas Serie No. 1 Edicion Limitada (5 1/2 x 52)
Punch Regios de Punch Edicion Limitada (4 3/4 x 48)

The Cohiba Talisman Edicion Limitada might be a 6 x 54 cigar and the Partagas Serie No. 1 Edicion Limitada a 5 3/8 x 52 cigar. I'm not sure which source got it right.

Aye, the Punch is my only interest. petty close to an Hermosa No4. But as you say Shaun, one to find on hols for a more reasonable price.

The Punch 48 looks interesting too Simon, I assume it will be the Punch equivalent of a Mag 48

After the 55+ ring gauges in recent ELs, the thickest being 54 is a step back in the right direction

Although I still maintain cigars ideally shouldn't go over 50, with 52 being the maximum before I find it uncomfortable to smoke

I'll definitely give the Partagas a try. I love the D4, but always find it too short and it leaves me longing for another cigar.

Nothing really interesting here, the only LE ive been looking forward tois the new Monti Dantes 2016..........which will some day show its face lol

other then that ive only really liked the Partagas Serie C no.3 2012 and yet to try the Mag 56s i have

I have to say I'm not a fan of the larger RG however - I didn't want to like the Trini Topes as I find the size uncomfortable but I sure as hell enjoyed the one I had in Cuba the other week!
The Monte Dantes is definitely more interesting to me but I'll give these '17 LEs a try whenever we ever see them (2018 or beyond!!)

Probably gonna get a box or two of the Cohiba. Will try the other two first and then decide. At least I hope to do so, it might be that the buying feaver takes over when they are released and I will get 2 Cohibas and one of each of the other two.
