If you're in France this year its worth picking these up at this price. The Portugese RE from the year before last was 80 euros a box and now sells at 286 euros

Completely! Boxes still can be had for twice the release price which is way to much already since it was just an OK cigar...

The chiado wasnt even a good seller, still available in portugal AFAIK and on a few websites for 160euro. Who would pay 280euro lol... some crazy anerican probably.

Heck, still available locally for ?110, and IMO it's not that of a good cigar either. I've been sampling here and there, and age is not improving it, really.

Well, tastes do differ, PJ! I liked how they were evolving up to a year or so go, but felt they actually went downhill from there, at least to my taste. Still hoping for some improvement, but not holding my breath.
