I agree, lets hope they zoom in for the next one. If you look back on here you'll find a set of pictures where I dissected a Fauxhiba from the DR

I agree with them about the fact you need to check the cigar but in cases like this, the presentation just gives it away!
When I was in cuba I looked at as many fakes as I could. The best were tubos boxes. RYJ No.1 and when I asked to have a look, the guy said sure, not expecting em to turn the cap... they were super glued shut!! Apparently thats what "that particular factory does"!!! HA!

Otherwise, its painfully obvious to stay clear of cheap cigars!!

That's why I get hesitate asking someone to get me some....recently I know of so many people either going or been already this year...as I know they will think they getting a bargain and end up buying me fakes...

You need to have someone you trust to follow instructions and tell them they will cost this much, only from registered shop and only with official receipt. Explain the number of fakes to scare them off the "my uncle works in......."

Seems like the sensible thing to do...even if I gave people strict instructions...they will still do the opposite unless it was someone I can highly trust.

The guy from cigar obsession has already cut them open. They are usually filled with short filler and all the shit which shouldn't be in there... Mostly floor sweepings!
