cuban cigar price

just got some cigars from havana,box of 25 cohiba siglo 4 at 323 cuc and hoyo de monterey epicure no 2 at 175 cuc which is approximately ?210.00 and ?115.00 from oficial shop.just noticed previous discussion on prices as of nov 2014,these where bought on 16/10/2015.
