Your probably going to have to get lucky and be willing to dig deep in your pockets.

Not cheap but the LCDH has them, it may be worth waiting a little while before buying one, or when you next shop overseas

What's the state of the 'A'? It is stated as current on my go to site but they disappeared quickly and don't seem to have really come back.

Its still current AFAIK - the one I have is August 2014 so they were definitely being made then

I expect they are made in quite limited quantities as there is only so many they can sell (how many people are there that have a spare three hours regularly?)
