  • Diplomaticos #2 - current production?

Question for those in the know. I'm trying to ascertain whether Diplomaticos #2 are currently still being produced, stopped or in the process of being terminated like other vitolas. Haven't yet find confirmation, and any intel would be great. There are still some boxes available but limited.

The Cuban Cigar Website says they are still current.

As far as I know its still in production, but I'm not a great lover of Dippies so haven't noticed them becoming more difficult to find

It strange these have been cut yet though considering all the other regular productions have

Thanks, helpful. How logical is it though to run a whole marca with just one regular and one re vitolas? I tend to find #2 quite a pleasant cigar, but hard to find anything older.

Really? They're quite easy to find around the world. It's a pretty regular cigar to stock for most B&Ms as long as they're in the large city.

You might be lucky to find some aged ones since not as many people get them over the Monte 2s. I prefer them over a fresh Monte 2, though. Mmmmmmm... Diplomaticos

Thanks butternutsquashpie. Oldest box at London bms I've come across so far was from '11, must admit that it certainly isn't fully comprehensive take of the local market by any means.

PeeJay - Any good golf courses nearby your smoking shop, the Addington perhaps?!

As a niche product, I'm wondering whether D no 2 has any future, even if currently in production...

Head up north to [St. Albans]? I think that's where Martyn has his Mill Street Golf Course.

I'm probably so wrong about all of those locations. but I'm not stupid, I promise!! I'm just Canadian...

Still current and not difficult to find. Nice thing about the Cuban Piramides there isn't really a bad one.

I still left a few boxes of Dippy 1 and 4 when I last went to Andorra!
