Good news! It was politics only to put Cuba on this list.Three Laws are:

I wonder if this means that stocks of NC's will run dry once the Cubans realise they have been smoking crap all these years and they buy up more NC's than can be produced?

Just a thought, but can the Cuban cigar industry cope with the lifting of the embargo? Will quality suffer?
Will the pre-lifting of the embargo cigars become sought after just as the pre-embargo ones did?
Any opinions?

Met a guy from Texas in Robert Graham in Edinburgh last week and asked him about this. He didn't seem to think the general American cigar fan would pay the price for a Cuban.
