favourite brands / vitola , any polls?

Have there been any polls on favourite brands / vitolas?
Be interesting to know forum favourites and give an indication of what might be worth a punt.
Montecristo 2s for me closely followed by Partagas Series D no 4s.

If you like the D4 you should try a Regius Robusto. Apparently they are very similar

It's one I'll look out for. I've heard the Diplomaticos is very similar to the Montecristo too but supposedly without the construction issues (not that I've had a bad one)

Diplomaticos was born out of Montecristo, but they're not really similar anymore (at least I haven't found many similarities)

Not that you can buy many Dippys anymore anyway...

Faves have changed a lot in the brief time I've been smoking cigars regularly but one brand has remained throughout - Cuaba

90 percent of my smoking adventures are with Robustos or Petit Robustos. Im a sucker for a 50 ring gauge.

Robusto for me too.

Serie D and Epicure Especial are favourites although my favourite cigar to date is the Siglo VI.

Monti 2's are a tad too full for me.

favourite brands / vitola , any polls?

Robusto & Petit Robusto for me, mainly because I don't get time to smoke anything bigger & I can't smoke inside.

That said I'm hoping to put a few Lonsdales & Double Coronas to the flame through the Summer as well.

Fave marcas are Ramon Allones & Boliver, although I'm also partial to RyJ if they have a nice red wrapper.

Nope i dont think there anything like a d4 when i first started cigars i bought 2 boxes and some of them were good then others were really harsh and bitter

Favorite vitolas at the moment are probably the Piramide and the Double Robusto. Although I know most people are fans, the Robusto vitola doesn't actually do a lot for me.

True, but I find them to generally have more complex aromas, and I only smoke in the evening, so the increased smoking time doesn't usually bother me.

I like LGC and for vitola I like anything skinny such as panetella and panetella extra/lancero or a Canonazo for a chunky smoke.
Trinidad are also high on my list of favourite brands as well as RA.
