Sheeet that's one hell of a mark up!

Believe it or not, I found these at ?1.60 in duty free (?8.00 for a box of 5.) I also picked up Partagas Serie D No. 4 - Box of 25 for ?172.00. I see it about ?334.00 this side.

I wonder if it's tax or mark-up that explains the largest portion price difference in the UK? According to the UK Gov site the tax on those 25 would be about ?60.00 and that is on the retail price.

That's a cracking price, I'd definitely have a punt for ?8. Good price on the Partagas Serie D No 4 too, they're on my shopping list for my next trip away. I've been giving some thought to a weekend away in Malaga and a jaunt across to Gibraltar for a purchase or two.

It's a bit of a ride Malaga to Gib. But worth it, Stagnetto is about as good as it gets price/known quality.
