  • Cigarillos - best ones to smoke?

As my budget restricts me to 2 cigars a month at the moment I'm thinking of trying cigarillos so I can get more oppurtunities to have a smoke (damn you cigars - I need more of you now !!!!)

Reviews suggest best choice is either Cohiba Club or Montecristo - anyone out there tried them recently?

I tried a good while ago. Didn't rate. If your trying to keep down costs have you considered a pipe? I was reluctant to get a pipe but have gained enormous amounts of pleasure from it and would recommend to all. There are decent starter packs going about for a round 20 quid

Don't buy cigaritos, go a little larger and try puritos, Quinteros do a decent one.

.... or Partagas Chicos .... a x25 box of either is about €22.
If you want to, you can.
And, if you can, you must!

Woulden't get the cohiba clubs, a member diden't like them and passed them on to me
            very harsh in my opinion.

Will some of the Dutch cigars or JLP's not help stretch the budget?

It's a good suggestion Wigan, but once someone gets into all the various blends, stems and bowls it starts to get a bit expensive too.

Good thread, was thinking of asking something similar.. Davidoff do a few, not massively expensive, anybody got any experience with them?

Must say I'm slightly partial to a Cafe Creme when nothing better go at, I hope that's not seen as a heinous crime on amongst my peers on here? 😁

I have tried the montecristo and R&J minis and would say both are pretty good. If I had to pick a favourite it would be the R&J's, but thats basically a taste preference.
They only last about 10 minutes though.

Just spoke to my brother and he says he rates the R&J's above all the mini's.
