Hi All,
Still been dipping in to see what's going on from time to time but haven't posted anything for a while so, I thought I'd give you my brief thoughts on what I've smoked recently.
Cuaba Divinos.
Not sure the Cuabas are too popular amongst the majority of people here but I enjoyed this one. Really sweet with loads of caramel, especially on the finish. Nice. Also looked fabulous although I did have a few problems with the draw early on. Worth a try if you're looking for something smaller.
Hoyo Petit Robusto and Monte Petit Edmoundo.
Finally gave the PE a try as I know it's a fave with a lot of people around here. Both slightly comedy looking stubby cigars, these. For me I'd agree that the format is great - just a bit quicker than a full robusto but with more complexity than your average smaller stick. PE was full of flavour and really well balanced but if you like it and you haven't tried the Hoyo, then I definitely would. For me it was a bit stronger with an interesting fragrant, maybe almost perfumed taste?
R&J Petit Princess.
Didn't know too much about these and after being underwhelmed by a few smaller cigars I wasn't holding out too much hope. Overall it was perfectly pleasant but a touch uninspiring. Maybe I'm just not keen on the smaller cigars? Maybe I just need to smoke more to figure them out ;-).
Oll.
