If I had all the money in the world, I'd probably start to hunt left and right for my coveted Montecristo No. 4 Reserva. Best smokes of the 21st century and a great size. I'd probably hunt them down anywhere and everywhere they're found.
Boxes occasionally come up with me but they're just not worth the bloody price to me - or, rather - I can't justify the purchase to myself. $90 for a Mareva is too high even if they're one of the absolute best smokes.

Because I love the production version if try the Siglo VI GR. I can't say it's good as I've never had one but it seems like a good choice for me. Or I'd choose some long extinct stick and sit on death row waiting for the golden unicorn to arrive.

I had one last year around this time... Honestly. It's a very meh stick for what it's coveted as. 2-300 quid for one is absolutely ludicrous for a 91-95 cigar for me. the Cohiba Piramide 2006 I had yesterday was a better cigar. The 3 Cohiba Reservas I've tried were also better.
Hint hint. they're still available in shoppes at James Street for a decent price.


The Montecristo Gran Reservas were better and partly nubbable. But the Montecristo Reserva takes the cake. I've yet to try the Partagas Reserva but apparently they're even better. I can't imagine it being so... but perhaps.
