  • My First Experience with Hoyo De Monterrey.....! I know, shocking! Advice Required!

    Good Morning Ladies & Gents,

Do hope all is well with you esteemed people

I have a sampler from the almighty Hoyo De Monterrey. I also have a 3 pack awaiting my full attention, when the time comes. Double corona, so looking forward to something special there hopefully.

    Included within this tasty looking sample package is;

    Hoyo Churchill
    Hoyo Epicure Especial
    Hoyo Epicure No. 1
    Hoyo Epicure No. 2
    Hoyo Petit Robusto

Would anyone put forth how I should approach this sample pack. Which one first so that I can end with the grand finale if that makes sense?! Also, what seems to be peoples favourite out of the list above. I know everyone is different, would just be good to see what other people taste throughout the experience

    Excited!

Any and all opinions and advice are most welcome.

    Cheers,

    Ross.Co

Petit Robusto, Epi No 1, Especial, Epi No 2, Churchill would be my choice

Epi 2 I find as a goto play safe, you know what your going to get/nothing too complex or strong. I have never tried a Churchill so cannot offer advice there.
Petit Robusto's are a great wee smoke and pack a lot of flavour, my favourite on there though would be the Epicure Especiale.

        So I would probably go:

        1. Epi2
        2. Epi1
        3. Petit Robusto
        4. Epi Especiale
        5. Churchill (unknown to me so I would leave until last, having smoked 4 other Hoyo's you have a good idea what to look out for and also will notice differences a lot more)

My preference would be for the Epis first then leave the Petit Robusto for a while Churchill last.

Had my first Hoyo Churchill recently & was non-pulsed. Leave the Epi No2 or Petit for last & end on a high
