As in do LEs get produced each year and by all Cuban brands or by a selected few each year on a sort of rotation? As I'm new to cigars iv only seen a few LE's on different websites from different years but not by all brands?

I assume he ment what marcas. It's decided by habanos but only the major brands get a look in (So far cohiba, partagas, bolivar, ramon alonnes, RyJ, Trinidad and Monticristo)
