Experienced Puros wanted - Must be 1 or more years old.
Excellent question, senor Boss. Short Answer - Who know's.
According to TJ's rule of thumb No. 1001: "Never smoke a puro under 1 year and age for as long as possible."
Personnaly, I have never kept a puro past its prime, whatever that is. One of the so-called leading experts on cigar aging (and often referenced on this forum) breaks down the aging process into three general categores, if I remember correctly, starting with the first 5 years and going out to 25 years plus!!!
IMO, anything with a year or more on it is fine for most, but when you're talkin' about fine Habana puros, the older the better!
But what the fuck do I know!
After all, I'm TJ, TJCoro, and if I got 'em, I smoke 'em!
