Moon Dancer has a good point. In the main, the new book is intended to carry on where the old one left off, and I doubt if there is much post 2002 CC related that can't be found on the net. This book isn't exactly Wainwright's guide to the Yorkshire Dales, Whitaker's Almanack or something really handy like the Architects Pocket Book .... it can't go on holiday with you, but your mobiles and iPads can. And at no matter what MRN might have written, it's not going to lead you to a little time forgotten shop in Lucerne that still has Punch Ninfas and Davidoff Especiales No 2 sitting on the shelves.

Perhaps. They're produced by Habanos S. A., so I suspect you could get time from a LCdH. I happened to be in a shop where i was having a bunch of custom puros rolled up for me, so the owner decided to give me the pamphlets. The swatch cost me approx 600 pesos.

But that just me.

I got mine shipped over from Mexico but be aware that there's an English and a Spanish version. Guess which version I was sent lol
