You may not be that lucky then, AFAIK production of the Gran Coronas stopped in early 1999 whilst the factory concentrated on a Special Release program..to my knowledge a box of them from '00 would be as rare as rocking horse shit & probably be a great aged cigar....or not...

Easy enough to find Dave, several Dutch LCdH have them and not too expensive.

Choix Supreme, Choix Epoc and the PR you can keep. Pretty tasteless numbers IMO .... and there's plenty of better alternatives out there.

I may not be Arf...I used to smoke a lot of these & have seen '00, '01, '02 reviewed on the net..but the latest I've personally got hold of were 97-99..
& you know what I'm like..if I've not seen them they can't possibly exist...
they were a good reasonably priced non-aggressive cigar...good with a cup o tea in the morning...

Don't just take the opinions you find on the net that the Choix Supreme tastes of cardboard - buy a few and make up your own opinion! I find the Choix Supreme criminally underrated. A lovely morning or afternoon sunshine smoke.

I can see what will happen. The Choix Supreme will be on a Habanos Deletions list and then everyone will go bonkers buying boxes and saying how brilliant the Cigar was. The same people who were indifferent to the stick a few years before.
