factory codes

I recently bought a job lot of cigars from a deceased estate. After sorting out the obvious cuban fakes from the genuine, I'm left with two don't knows, montecristo 25s, especiales NISL VC2 ( the 2 is indistinct and more a squiggle) and No3 FL OISU. I'm thinking the first might be Villa clara and the other Por laranaga, but did they make these cigars in 95 and 98. Any help would be appreciated.

Dates look right, both made at the time.

Thanks monkey, i just wonder if these factory codes are right and they made these Montes then.
