            Ah damn. I know how you feel with uni and all. We've all got negative something or another. And the ol' bankers don't look to favourably on people who use the college loans on cigars, haha.

                  Assuming that you are doing a worthwhile degree that leads into a career, then the debt is irrelevant. On the other hand those who do a shit degree due to advice from careers advisers saying that any degree is worthwhile and then not looking into it themselves... you mugs.

                        Ahh cool, who with/ what as? My old man is CTO of a small oil company and I'm working for one if his mate's small offshoots called mseis. Got on a Russian boat last summer so fingers crossed for this year!

                          Used to be called Western Geophysical - an American company. Worked in Field Support but spent most time on a new build project in Norway.
                          Went to sea a couple of times for hands-on experience with the Gun Crew.
