If there is a whole cigar that's unsmokeable, get hold of some cigar glue and then repair them all at once using that stick as the donor...when cutting the wrapper cut into angled strips so it will disperse more evenly along the cigar which will also prevent burn issues later on, hope this helps...
This is a good idea. But a bit cheaper, buy a pack of Hamlet or similar with a bit of care unwrap a wrapper and use it to bandage the worst of the damage. When you're using Torcedor glue .... use a lot and make sure the wrapper leaf is wet and pliable, which stretches it a bit, it will then shrink back and tighten as it dries. A year or so ago I started a thread suggesting that Habanos or possibly CGars market repair kits of strips of Cuban wrapper tobacco, some cut straight, some slightly curved (for torps and perfectos). I still think it's a good idea and I would certainly buy a kit, because dropping a Cuaba Salomones on its head onto a wood floor is not a good idea and takes a lot of repairing.
If a foot is very badly damaged (wrapper and binder) snip it off and smoke it .... then, once you've a quarter inch of ash on the go, you'll have successfully consigned the fault to history. If you want to, you can.
And, if you can, you must!

If it were me I would strap them up and crack on.
I would imaging the process of formal return and dealing with HMRC would be a time consuming nightmare. I have looked at it before and quickly realised it was not worth the hassle.Originally posted by Simon BolivarLittle medical correction there Steve, you will surely die...but not from smoking these

But having said that, I don't think his response to his own post had anything to do with you, this thread, or this forum, for that matter. But just to be on the safe side, I'll be doing most of the posting for a while.
Names Boy, Bag Boy, and I'll be posting while el Perro goes on a much needed journey through the Dark Sea of Awareness!
Hey BB! I think el P is upset (justifiably) that his suggestion for naming the dog was rejected. Afterall, who knows dogs more than our own stupid looking dawg smiley?
