    I'll explain.

Having a few beers with a mate and got talkin about cigars. He says, oh I've got some Cubans at home that you can have..he is a genuine guy.

Transpires his mate was in Cuba and brought them back and have sat for the last 9 months in his cupboard. No humi nothing.

Anyways he brings them to the pub in a plastic bag a month or so later, some 15 odd quite nice looking unbanded cigars. After inspection I managed to find 4 that were in a state of wholeness, All v v dry with most crumbling with some pressure.

After reading a few bits on here I stuck the 4 in a seal bag and into freezer, then into fridge and now have been in the humi for the last 2 months and seem to be coming round.

Question on my mind is what could they be? Custom rolled, fakes, NC?

They do look quite tidy and smell good...

Photos compared to Trinidad robusto extra

Any ideas or should I just forget it and smoke em..

They look light so probably hand rolled at the Melia Havana or at the Comodoro. Give them a couple of weeks to gently re-hydrate until they are soft and flexible, then fire them up and give them a try.

Could well be nice but take your time rejuvenating them. Personally I would allow at least 6 months.
