  • Montecristo number.. who?

Following my failed attempt at buying a montecristo number 2 (accidently bought an Especial no. 2) the other day, I ventured in to the world's smallest tobacconist near me to purchase one.

Sods law they were all out, however I was advised to give one of these a try...

Does anyone have a scuby if it is any good?

I've had one of the small san cristobals and it was great. Nice light hazlenut, maple type flavour

I've been trying some of the lesser known brands recently and these suit me very well, lighter and very 'acceptable'

They're great, a lot lighter than the Monte 2 though. The Upmann No.2 is also worth a shot imo.

Yeah still need to try one of those, at 17 quid a pop I'm hoping this one lives up to other similar Cubans, lighter serves me great too!

Hey Sam. Very nice choice mate. A much undervalued brand if you ask me. I bought a few aged ones from one of the lads on here: Cigaraficionado
Might have one tonight in fact..

Yeah had it the other day, really enjoyed it. Much stronger than I was expecting for such a skinny smoke!
