i went to the mall today... guy had a box of cohiba esplendidos LE 2008?... 24.99 each... but it was buy one get one free...

each one was cello wrapped....

and it wasn't the red dot cohiba... so isn't he trying to sell fakes then?

reminds me of a time i was at south beach in miami a couple of years ago. bunch of women running around selling fakes. one approached me with a bunch of montecristos looked like edmundos. all in cellophane. when i asked why they were in cellophane, she said in case it rains....SURE! haha whatever you say toots!

i wonder if he would tell me cause of rain... inside the mall hahahaha... the box looked fake as well... the logo on the seal was off... didn't seem like the right color nor the right location... at least it didn't have a glass top...

Lol! I had exactly the same experience, sunny afternoon outside the Cleavelander, jug of margarita in hand ..and up she glides, holding her tray of cigars at waist height. Half a dozen assorted bands: Cohiba, Montecristo, Bolivar etc, all transparent fakes.

Am ashamed to admit I still bought a couple of Trinidad's anyhow. What can I say she was hot and I was weak.
I still have one left (wasn't worth smoking). Luckily I'd taken some genuine CC's with me on the trip.

yeah i bought one of those fake montes too.....thought it might be half way decent. pretty average dominican cigar it was. she was pretty hot too! haha i do love miami.
