    Ramon Allones Petit Belicosos 2012 UK RE

    Has anyone tried these? I'm a big fan of Ramon Allones as a brand so I was thinking about getting a couple of singles to try, but it would be good to have some feedback or a review from someone who has already tried them. I know that they're still very young, so I'm really just interested in finding out if people think they have potential.

    Not yet Crusse. An' I don't intend to be guinea pig on these either. RA Petit Belicosos haven't rated to well as French or Canadian REs.

      My thoughts exactly....I'm intrigued by them but I'm waiting for someone braver than me to take the plunge and report back before I decide to buy any.

          Thanks mate....I hope they're good, but I reckon they'll have to be truly exceptional to be anywhere near as good as the RASS.

            It will be a punt long-term. Some of the RA regional's have come really good after 5 years, most have not.

            Does anyone know if H and F went the extra mile on these or is it just another random regional?

                These do feel like a random regional release. The Bolivar Britanicas and Punch Medalla de Oro did feel as if they had something slightly 'unique' about them that would possibly worth shelling out on. However, these Petit Belicosos have been released with little fanfare - almost under the radar. I'm interested in purchasing a few singles to try but I'm in no great rush.
