Moldy Cigars Project..

A friend of mine had a problem with mold on 13 Hoyo cigars he had in a tupperware container with some beads, he really has no idea about storing or monitoring cigars but likes to smoke them....
So i go over to his place and he shows me the cigars, ouch my face dropped, there so soggy and way over humidified and have a good amount of mold on them, some worst than others, so right now i'm working on fixing them....
I wiped them down and chopped (just skimmed) a few at the foot to inspect the mould further and see how far gone they are...not bad, so all are now recovering, in a dry box....

Good save! I might have to guide a mate on how to humidify cigars as he loves them, but doesn't know the first thing of humidifying them. Will have to charge him by the hour lol.

Yes i should of, but priority was to get them clean and back in shape...

Best take your time with this..too quick and the wrappers will crack.

Yes they could, but all is being done gradually with no extreme changes in conditions, just taking my time and right now there doing good....
