Recent RASS

Do any of you guys have any experience of 2011 RASS and if so how are you finding them?.I wouldn't normally ask this question,I like to just go for it,but I've read a few things over the past few months that seem to have suggested that they've been having a bit of a quality slump,hence the post.Any and all thoughts appreciated,thanks everyone

Sorry mate, can't help you there. I have had one from 2010 and it was pretty ruddy great! But I don't have much knowledge on how they are young. If you go onto youtube and search Ramon Allones Specialy Selected review you'll find one or 2 from FOH (friends of habanos) and if I remember they talk about how rass smoke young, and even if they don't its still a good review to watch

Currently smoking from a box dated June 2011. They are very smokable at the moment and will only get better.

I've got a box from Dec '11. I've only smoked one so far but it was very good!

i'm halfway through a 2011 box, great stuff! in my opinion, as a bolivar smoker, they are what the royal corona shouls be, rustic and strong!

Thank you very much my friend,very much appreciated It certainly helps no end,I'm a Boli man myself and a big fan of The RC so I think I know just what you mean,as much as I like the RC you do sometimes wish that it had more of that more typical Boli profile don't you.Thanks again

Got a box of 2011 RASS myself. Definitely finding that they need a little bit of age, plus some have been loose on the draw, while some too tight. But I'd not really base on a box purchase on my opinion alone :-)

I'd probably get a box of something else on my next purchase, possibly Party D4's or Boli Royal Coronas.

I have a box from October 2011 which is really delivering right now, I'd love to try them with 5 years but they may not last that long.
