So far Monte PE have been good to me, but pushed into making an outright choice, I think the HdM just shades it!

They seem to be very good smokes and not had any probs with any of mine so far.
Maybe montys are getting better or the PE is just a size you cannot make mistakes with.
Keep 3 in old PE tubos and it does seem to add a stronger cedar taste/smell to the stick.

I got a three pack of Tubos a while back and have just lit one up...not even through the first third yet. Great cigar! Lots of glorious smoke! I think these will become my "go to" cigar for sure. Put on the list for a box!

eh? everything I've read says there's a big difference between the edmundo and the petit edmundo... And Reaver, totally, only had a few, but they were god awful!

I found the opposite, the PE can be great but not the Edmundo.

BTW they are not the same, I spoke to one of the factory managers and asked this exact question, the two sticks have different blend ratios.
