Managed to purchase a box of these recently and although I have only tried two from the box I have found them to be a first class little smoke. They are Corona Gorda Vitola and are an ideal smoke in the afternoon when you don`t want to be bothered smoking anything too large.

The box code is MAY 2010 and I thought they might be a bit young and need some additional time in the humi, but i have been proven wrong.

A few years ago you could not have given me a Bolivar for free, as I found them too harsh and bitter at times, but some of the recent LE and RE releases over the past couple of years have been fantastic smokes and the Bolivar brand do seem to mellow after some proper time in the humi.

Whisk - I've had one from a wee sampler of three that Giga brought back. Mighty fine smoke but I'm going to let them sit for a wee while longer...

                they look great,
i dont have much experiance with bolivar the only one ive tried in fact was a petit corona in my first ever sampler (a crime i know)!
think my next order shall be a selection of bolis as pretty much everyone on here seems to rate them.

I've got a great cigar collection - it's actually not a collection, because that would imply I wasn't going to smoke every last one of 'em.

Ive never got on with the Boli line. The strength was always a bit too much. May have to revisit the brand.

Ive had a late 90s Boli Churchill back in 2006-7 and remember it being devine. But everything else after that was a lot younger (think 3 years or less). I have a few ageing in the humi. When they hit the 8 year mark they will get smoked!

Pretty much what I've experienced, I've had the odd Boli with a few years on thats been a surprise (mainly 08 Belicosos Finos) but the best by far was a 1998 Corona Gorda which I smoked last year, superb then.
