    This snippet on the JJFox blog about a V cutter:


    I tried the angled cut on a torp a few weeks ago after Keith at the Brum herf mentioned he swears by it. I was pleasantly surprised that it gave much more smoke, made the draw easier and the buildup on the head did not look half as concentrated as a standard cut.

      Bigger surface area to draw smoke through so more smoke and should get less harsh/bitter/tar when you get near the end. It's worth trying at the very least to notice the difference and decide which type of draw you prefer.
