Just because...today I reposted this item about a Macmillan sponsored walk:

So that got me thinking:

Does anyone fancy a sponsored Cigar Walk in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support - From Sautters in Mayfair to Ajay's in Teddington.

It's 12 miles according to the RAC route planner.

Suggest a Saturday morning start.

If I get 10 takers I will put some detailed plans in place (and I will even ask Johnny and Ajay!)

It would, as always, be down to dates for me and saturdays are rarely good. However I'll certainly chip in... and if I'm free I'll walk with you and shout encouragement.

As per the other guys, I'd definitely be up for this - dates dependent. Unfortunately (or fortunately I suppose that should be) I'm sailing on a considerable number of weekends this spring/summer getting the necessary races under the belt ahead of Fastnet in August.

I'd love to make the walk, and if it's a weekend I can make then I'll definitely be there. If not, as per Andy, I'd be perfectly happy to chip into any charity pot (I should have some cash again by then).
