i am hanging back on this as i can see the spanish rebelling and ingoring the law as they are alot more miltant than us brits and afterall it has recently worked for the dutch.

I checked the gov't website and there do not seem to be radical price increases.
I only buy cigars to smoke in Spain when I'm there. Prices in Cuba are so much lower but it's just not worth hauling smokes from Cuba home only to take them to Spain to smoke. Prices still seem lower than UK?
