I thought this was worthy of a post as it’s never somewhere anyone else has mentioned as a cigar destination but Lugano and Southern Switzerland is both beautiful quiet and currently has one LcdH and about to be another opened just up the road at Mendrisio.
So Lugano is Ticino (Italian speaking) and 90 minutes by train from Milan Malpensa airport so very easy and cheap to get to.
Plus the LcdH last week had in stock 10 different REs (6 when I left!) and a good 20 odd LE’s, Behike’s etc very friendly and good English in store. Will ship within the mainland too. I’m not sure if anyone has ever gone to an opening of a new LcdH before but if worthwhile I might go back for that to Mendrisio.
