Cigaragua is excellent for NC's, think they have a new shop Van Dalen now as well.
Not sure what the Cuban situation is like these days but the LCDH and Davidoff Shops on the same street were always good.
Haartman out on Beethovenstraat used to have a good mixture, plus a nice area out of the hustle and bustle for a cigar and coffee around there.
PGC Hajenus used to have some nice Cubans but last I heard the shelves were bare.
Service great at all of the above except the LCDH where it has always felt a bit awkward.

I've heard horror stories about the LCDH.... Refusing entry to the store, refusing entry to the lounge, forced sales of low-end Cubans in order to get at the good stuff,
If you go to Amsterdam visit Hartman cigars they have a couple of stores but the one just above leidseplein and on the no2 tram route is great. We'll stocked with vith Cuban and non Cubans very good friendly service and European prices 😁.
I just stocked up on my normal everyday smokes jlp petite cabelleros and at under €3 each they are hard to beat. Amazingly at cgars they are currently £17.49. To quote Major Clipton "Madness Madness"
