Partagas Festival Query.

Hey all, long time.

Something jogged my memory regarding the Partagas Festival and my desire to attend. My query is, I have zero recollection of how to go about this. The people I used to smoke with who knew all the ins and outs I have not spoken with in years. I know the festival is not organized by Habanos but beyond that, I have forgotten.

Can anybody here enlighten me on the details of what format it takes and how one would go about attending?
