First time I tried a Ghurka. Maybe it was too early in the morning, but I didn't like the flavour. It is a decent cigar, but not my thing. I put it away after half an inch.

The format is fun and I liked the pig tail. ☺

Yes it does! Poor thing didn’t know whether it was coming or going, so the last 1/2 inch smoked poorly at the beginning...
Only the impossible is worth the effort.

I've often wondered if smoking a cigar in reverse would affect the flavour

Really nice creamy and mild cigar. Absolutely love the flavour, will get a box for sure.

On that occasion there was no noticeable difference, it was a ryj cedros Lonsdale which I split a box of on here time ago

I wouldn't imagine there would be much difference on a straight cigar. It must be random how the roller picks up the bunch unless someone carefully aligns all the leaf first.

Today a P2. Though I have to say, I am more keen on the other NC RyJ or the Oliva V Melanio. They stood out of the crowd.

Still haven't touched my best cigars yet, as the wind is rather strong up here.. ☺

What airport are you flying back from Niels? Would be good to see if there's anything on offer there, but I'm flying to/from Liberia rather than Juan Santamaria
