The Regional Edmundo Dantes is vey nice...and expensive!

I'd stick with LCdH in Mexico. Check with the google to find the nearest one.

Overall prices? Well, they may be better than the UK, due to taxes - but the best prices can be negotiated for the famous glass-top boxes from the "street vendors."
