Looks good Greg, thought about this before but I always thought it makes them look more valuable & attractive & make it more likely someone will pick it up when your back is turned & I loose enough stuff as it is! I have the 5 & 15 count boxes of these:
Just a tip, I usually add a sheet of bubble wrap inside to stop the cigars moving about (especially the smaller skinny ones) otherwise the wrappers can get damaged from the movement but you can drive over them & they float!

Not SOTLs? oh well It's a bad habit of being spoiled with many SOTLS normally around.
Sorry if I was creating such a wonderful expectation .
Simon, I thought about the bubbling foil too, but not any around when packing.
Thankfully all the cigars have come in one piece. The foam has kept them very stable and I took the case with me to be 100% sure they would not suffer.
I normally don't take as many cigars, as normally my trips are not as long either.
This time I had to bring as many as possible as I will be for a long time in a new project.
Right now the humidity here is 72% so good to store cigars, but still I have added a 70% boveda pack.
Cigarmo, you have a good point there, that is a method I have used often. I have bought some tubos boxes just to be able to do so. Davidoff has a great tubos for my favourite Robusto vitola, as it has an screwed lid.
I have a Xikar 5 count for weekends away, 10 count for weeks away and a 18 count (IIRC, it's a monstrosity according to my wife anyway) for 2+ weeks way.
I'm not 100% convinced I got value for money from them, but they do feel secure in there
