Johhny, you made me laugh! No, I have never visited Geneva but sure would like too. I live in Antwerp & there's good choice there, Brugges is great too, can give you a contact there. I believe Gib is the cheapest or Andorra but I haven't been to Gib' since & left the mob & haven't been too Andorra - Stevieboy could give you some tips there I think? If you come to Belgium, drop me a line & I'll try & help you.Simon Bolivar: Liberator of Bolivia, Ecuador, Peru & Venezuela.

I would also recommend Barcelona, rent a car for a day and drive to Andorra. You are allowed take 75 cigars per person from Andorra back into the EU, i.e. Spain.
Andorra: Duty free allowances. For each adult traveller entering the European Union from the Principality of Andorra the following quantitative limits will be granted for the exemption from import duties, turnover tax and excise duties if the goods are contained in the personal luggage of the traveller and provided that the import of those goods is strictly non-commercial.
Map of Estancos in Spain with cigar humidors, this was put together by a Spanish cigar magazine. Zoom into Barcelona and you'll see there are quite a few there. Not complete but not a bad start.
Plaza Real in Barcelona, one of the most beautiful places in the World to have a cigar.
Geneva is also very nice, some good shops. Lovely city though more expensive then Barcelona for food, drink and most accommodation.
