Great place for a smoke went to Marrakech a couple of years back had a meal at the Palace restaurant I knew it was going to be pricey when they laid a carpet of Rose Petals for me to walk on as I entered or they were politely trying to say my feet smelled.
Great night and many smoked Cigars after they're meal.
Then went to the coast at Essouria....there's more than Cigars on offer there, a wonderful place.

no mate , always use the Riu Tikida Palmerae in Marrakech probably the 8-9th visit this

stayed a couple of times in Agadir ..Riu Palace and Riu Tikida Dunas
