San Marino

Has anyone been to San Marino? Do you know of any good cigar sources? I'll be there on my birthday in September and want to get a box from there I can smoke periodically.

San Marino came up before and unfortunately no-one was much use then either

But it seems to be duty-free and affluent so may be a good spot

It is a country. Well, a republic technically, it's surrounded by Italy.

When are you going in September? I was hoping to visit sometime between the 12th and 19th of September, would love to hear about what you find if you get there before me.

Yeah I'll be there on the 8th, it's part of a road trip so I don't see me staying for more than one night, I'll see how it goes though.
I've favourited this thread so when I'm there I'll post, or shortly after. Looking at the internet I can't find much on it.

Tap in San Marino followed by Tabaccheria. You'll then see the shops which sell tobacco. Most of the shops also seem to be perfumery and toiletry sellers too. San Marino isn't a big place, but too big to be able to visit all of the shops in one night. Unfortunately none appear to have their own websites.
