Send them to someone going to Cuba one place that takes them. It's been announced they are going, the date is just what people are unsure of but Cuba being Cuba it will just change one day

We've been 3 times now & hopefully going again next year!
I think it's the only place we've been back to more than once. Great people, bucket loads of history & of course the cigars

        Cheers,
        Wayne

I would like to think that it's fairly accurate, I went to Cuba in June of this yr & from what I remember, the prices do look about right.
The colour coding is as follows: Black is verified 2014, Red is verified 2013 & green is unverified.

As we know, the Cuban CUC is pretty much linked to the American Dollar for comparison reasons, a bit ironic really!!

          Cheers,

I have got a copy of this yr's list of prices that I could take pics on my phone & post on here, if it's ok with the mods?
A big +1 on the terrace gardens out back. Time it right and watched the sun go down with a nice smoke and a (insert cocktail of choice). Niiice[emoji7]

They wern't when I last went! The women running humidor at the airport were adding a ridiculous markup on everything and rinsing gulable tourists! They were hiding the statutory price lables on the bottom of the boxes and peeling them off before they handed them to you. I was having none of it and had to work at them a fair bit to get a box of 10 RyJ SC's down to a fair price! IIRC they were asking for about 14 CUC each! For comparison, The HdM EP2's in the hotel were 7CUC's each! I believe the stated price for the Short Churchills is 6.95 CUC. I eneded up paying 8CUC each as it was my last chance purchase before heading home!

That's a change in policy then, I bet its not official and worth bringing to everyone's attention

Definitely not official! Hence how I managed to get the price down! They were playing hardball to start with but then I raised the volume of my voice during our 'discussion' about the price and how they were ripping people off (the place was heaving with tourists who were just in there buying gifts etc so they wern't to know any different) and they suddenly changed there tune and came down on the price. If you go in armed with a good knowledge of what the prices should be, you should be ok.

Just think how much they make on tourist buying cigars for friends that haven't got a clue on them.
