It's a travel humidor, the foam sheets upon which the cigars are resting go inside.

Yup, all Cuban apart from the Nubs.
As PeeJay said, it a specially designed travel humi. They do them in different sizes: http://www.xikar.com/products/contai...avel-humidors/ Mine is the 15 cigar version, but I squeezed a few more in. You can buy them in lots of places, think I got mine from a well known online retailer that rhymes with bamazon.
