None that I have seen and I have been there 3 times, went last April.
The small Indian places do have small 5 packs or so of Cohiba's, but I wouldn't trust them as they are left it a boiling hot shop with no humidification.
You can get some lovely cheap cigars made in Spain and even made in the Canary Islands themselves, but it's a small risk as they are very very cheap.
Look out for La Gloria Cremas (made in Canary Islands)
