  • Palma Airport?

Anyone know the situation at Palma Airport with regards to cigars, is there any to be had, going to Cala Millor in Majorca next month and would like to pick up some Spanish Regionals if the opportunity arose.

Forget it, all I found was a glass cabinet on the wall with Cohiba Clubs etc. Look out for the Tabacs in your resort.

However if you want to drive round to Puerto Pollensa the Tabac on the left as you drive into town should have a box of Diplomatico Spanish REs that she was getting for me but couldn't manage in time.

I managed to pick up three singles but I haven't tried one yet. This was the best of three Tabacs on Puerto Pollensa anD had a good selection. I could have spent a lot more than I did. All Cuban and Dominican.

Palma airport, pass it by, Cala Millor is well served with cigar shops, but short bus ride away in Manacor is a better cigar shop.
Cala Millor has a great beach and plenty of good eating. Avoid the local zoo unless you are fond of ill treated animals.

Palma airports is one of my big regrets. We went to San Como a few years back. Coming home Chris had both our boarding passes and passports and had wandered off doing her own thing. In the walk-in, which was in centre/back of the Duty Free was amongst other things a box of RA 898. By the time we found each other it was nearly time to get to our Boarding gate. I didn't say anything, but bugger did I regret not looking after the documentation that day.
If you want to, you can.
And, if you can, you must!

oh my god. I really feel badly for you, Arf... that's a story that actually pains me to read and think about. I want to hug you for that and that alone...

and speaking of hugs, where the bloody hell is Chris!? perhaps a poke will bring the red devil back.

I was too broken by my stag weekend to look, I can confirm there are Tabacs in Palma Nova and Magaluf and they ahve pretty good walk in humidors, I picked up a few big smokes for smoking out there.

Came back through Palma airport a week or so back, and they have improved a bit since last year. Still only one display cabinet, but stocked with a range of proper cigars not cigarillos as previously. Monte Cristo Petit Edmundo box of 10 was E110 I think, and they had R&J's, Cohiba and a selection of Davidoff among others. I think you'd still be much better off in Palma itself, but its a definite step up from last year
