They are cheap here in Geneva...... In summer flights here are piss cheap as well. If you get a proper box and bring back 50. The cost of the flight is negible as you can save 50% of the price of UK sticks. 25 Monte 2s is 180 pounds in Geneva versus about 400 in the UK this is not including the deals you can pick up.

I have actually been looking around at flights to Europe too. I'm a 15 minute bus ride from London city airport and thinking of just turning up one morning, hopping on a plane and flying back same day.
This will probably be the one time I'm glad to live close to a noisy airport!
Geneva sounds good...think I'll go internet shopping for flights

In answer to those who talk about flying in. Generally you can fly from one of the main airports on easyjet for about 100 quid give or take.
Taken direct from the HMRC website. Come on over boys fill your boots.... http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/customs/arriving/arrivingeu.htm
Customs checks when coming from the EU
If a customs official from the UK Border Agency (UKBA) thinks you may be bringing in excise goods such as alcohol and tobacco from the EU for commercial use - perhaps to sell to other people or simply for reimbursement - they may ask you questions and make checks. You may be asked about:
- the type and quantity of goods you've bought
- why you bought them
- how you paid for them
- how often you travel
- how much you normally smoke or drink
Although there are no limits on the amount of alcohol and tobacco you can bring in from EU countries, customs officials are more likely to ask you questions if you have more than the following:
If the UKBA is satisfied that the goods are for a commercial purpose it may seize them and any vehicle used to transport them, and may not return them to you. You can find out more in the guide 'What to do if your goods are seized by customs' under 'More useful links'.Cigarettes3,200800Cigars200200Cigarillos400400Tobacco3 kilograms1 kilogramBeer110 litres110 litresWine90 litres90 litresSpirits10 litres10 litresFortified wine (for example port or sherry)20 litres20 litres
