Atlas Bar right at the end of Deansgate has a nice terrace, its about a minute's walk from The Hilton. Alternatively, turn right and walk down to Castlefield, Dukes 92 also has a large outdoor area. To my knowledge at least there aren't any dedicated cigar terraces in Manchester, but if anyone knows better.....

Not much use to you now, but the terrace bar at the Great John St Hotel is very nice and they make a brilliant Old Fashioned.

Just looked and the roof terrace looks like the perfect spot for a cigar and with plenty of heating
