Cutters yes you will be fine in suitcase, I dont think you can put lighters in your suitcase though

Check your smokes in the hold in a travel humidor in your case. My mate had 200 cigarettes confiscated from hand luggage because he refused to pay duty on them.

Good tip, everything in hold luggage is safest for sure.

And in an anonymous looking humidor that doesn't attract attention from thieving baggage handlers. Mine is plain black plastic.

So here's another tip for you to keep the missus happy. Big cigar by the pool in the afternoon whilst she is sunbathing, little one after dinner in the evening. I did it the other way round in Tenerife last year and Mrs PJ started to get a little fed up in the evenings as I smoked for an hour and a half (RyJ #2s)
